Return Policy
All goods found to be faulty, or otherwise not as described, may be returned to us for full refund, and must be despatched within 7 days of receipt. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our prices, we reserve the right not to supply goods which may in error have been wrongly priced.

Shipping and Handling
Books will normally be despatched by our chosen method of shipping within 3 working days of receipt of your order; in the event that an item is out of stock we will inform you by return mail and supply as soon as it becomes available, unless we receive a cancellation of the order. PLEASE NOTE - shipping charge on this website is calculated AFTER entering your personal details. You may of course still cancel the order after checking the shipping costs! Your Credit/debit card will not be debited until the day we process your order. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Privacy and Security
All customer details supplied to us for the purposes of fulfilling your orders, including mail addresses, email addresses, credit cards, and other sensitive information, are treated in the strictest confidence by us, and will in no circumstances be divulged to a third party.
